Delivery and Returns
*FREE UK DELIVERY when you spend over £40 on all orders to Mainland UK Addresses. Expected delivery usually is within 1 to 2 workings days.
1st Class Recorded delivery of £5 applies to orders below the amount of £40
Extra Delivery Charge: If you need to pay more postage on your order, I.E. If you live off the UK mainland, we will contact you.
All orders are dispatched (Monday-Friday) except bank holidays and weekends via our couriers DPD Local or Royal Mail dependingon weight and size of your order.
On a rare occasion where an item is out of stock it will require 2-5 days delivery.We will inform you via email if an item is out of stock with a revised delivery date
Returns and refunds
- All returns will be paid for by the customer , if you change your mind, you can return an item in its original condition and In their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items. We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn’t arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit. To return items you are advised to contact us first on firstname.lastname@example.org , upon return all items will be inspected and a refund will be processed within 24hrs.
- If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
- If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us unless there is a mistake with the order, or the order has been damaged in transit.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Frozen or perishable goods
- Samples or free items

In Case Of Damaged Goods
If damaged, accept delivery, sign delivery note as damaged and contact us within 24 Hours. We can advise you of the course of action for a replacement.
